• Event details — date, venue, city, package of interest, and any notes you add

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.

How we use it

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you go ahead — manage your booking. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about that enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in our booking system, hosted on managed infrastructure with access restricted to Astika Studios staff accounts. Access is limited to the team members who need it to service your booking.

Photographs of you

Photographs and video we capture at your event are covered by the agreement in your booking, not by this website policy. If we would like to use images from your event in our portfolio or on social media, we ask you separately — and you may decline or withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as is useful for following up. Booking records are retained for as long as needed for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will action reasonable requests.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
